Just landed at YUL, waiting to disembark. I closed my eyes temporarily,
heard the engines fade and die out. A feeling of relief overcame me.
Finally, on solid ground...
Finally, home again, back to my own safe, secure place...
Back to my own life, to my work and routine... Back to the familiar world of my little home and my cat...
At least for a month or so.
